I value a calm mind, clear goals, and a genuine life. My background is in biomedical research, but decided after years of stressful, unfulfilling work that I wanted to align my career with my passions so I built a business around my studies in psychology, identity shifting, writing, and teaching.
Outside of work, I love hiking in the woods, staying active, playing guitar, and cooking dishes from scratch. I grew up eating home-cooked Mexican food, so I like to put my own spin on traditional dishes. I love deep, meaningful connections and conversations.
I love to travel and usually spend as much as half the year living in Mexico since I have duel citizenship.
I'd describe myself as traditional in many ways, but have an open mind. I'm family-oriented, reliable, with a good sense of humor, and grew up in a big family. I stay in a good mood and always find the positive in life's experiences. I love to read and write, and keep a sort of "online journal" that I publish to readers every week, which is very fulfilling and brings me a lot of joy.
I am serious when the situation requires it and can match anyone's vibe and energy almost instinctively. I'm supportive and never talk down to people even if I don't particularly like them or share interest in their cause. I do, however, have strong morals and beliefs. I'm protective of the people I care about and always make sure they feel safe and happy.
