    Hello...I am a hard working, self made man living just outside Philadelphia.  I have served in the United States Marine Corps as a young man (no ptsd) and started a business about three years out of the military.  I come from a farm in the middle of the best state in the US (Pennsylvania) where I learned how to work from my Grandfather and Uncles, all of whom I still have today.  I was raised in an old fashioned Germanic family...we believe that men should work hard to provide everything so that their wife does not have to work for someone else in this world.  All my families men work for themselves (with help from their wives of course) and I am the same.  If for any other reason, it is nice because there is freedom to do as we wish on a daily basis...of course I cannot neglect my business, but I can meet you for a nice 1 hour lunch in the middle of the afternoon, and if it runs a little longer, it is no big deal.
    I own a company which cuts down large trees and clears tracts of land for future building projects.  It is far from what I wished to do with my life as I am an avid reader of fiction and a lover of music and movies too.  I always thought I would have gone to University eventually for a degree in writing for one of the mediums I love, but fate headed me in a different direction thus far...which is not to say that I do not write now, as I do...I just cannot be as dedicated as if it were my profession.
