I am a very accomplished man. I was a military pilot for 26 years and then a government contractor. And now I have my own business where I work from home. I love to travel, cook, read, watch documentaries, stay in very good shape by walking, swimming, and weight lifting.
I consume about 70% vegetables, fish, and turkey. I have a nice garden and grow many vegetables and herbs. I preserve tomatoes every fall for use during fall, winter, and spring. I'm a very good cook and baker :-)
