• Creative translation - Recommended for long letters, especially first/introduction letters.

How do I submit a letter for translation?

If you have one letter to translate - Pay-Per-Letter option

1. Click on "home" from the top panel, scroll down to use the "Upload text for translation" link. 

2. Copy and paste the text of your letter in the window provided. The program will automatically calculate the number of characters. (If you upload the text as a file, we cannot calculate the number of characters in the letter. In this case the program will count each page as 3000 characters.)

3. Select the Language of translation. Currently we provide translation from English to Russian and Ukrainian and from Ukrainian and Russian to English.

4. Select Translation option (Creative or Adequate translation). 

5. Your letter will be translated within 3 business days. You will find the translated letter in "My Translations" on your homepage and of course the letter will also be sent to your email address attached in Word File.

Why you should Pre-Pay:

• Easy and fast submissions of your letters

Why do I need to translate my letters?

Sometimes it is vital that she understands you correctly, and there are no misunderstandings between you two.

We recommend to translate (at least!) your first letter to a woman because Russian ladies struggle with reading English letters even if they know the language fairly well. It will ensure she will read your letter, and understand everything you were intending to tell her.

Translate also all letters where you have something important to say.

What does it mean - "basic", "fair", "good", "fluent" (indication of language abilities on lady's personal pages)?

Women estimate their knowledge themselves, therefore the actual level may vary. We give ladies the following guidance in estimating their language abilities:

• Basic - Able to read and write with dictionary; used to study the language but did not practice.

• Fair - Able to read and write with some use of dictionary, and talk on basic topics.

• Good - Able to read, write, and talk.

• Fluent - Have extended language training and practice.

If lady's knowledge of the language is lower than good or fluent, it is wise to translate your letters to ensure correct understanding.

How much time does it take for translation?

We will send you a translated letter within 3 business days after receiving your order. Actually most of the letters are translated within 24 hours. 

Do you provide translations to other languages than English?

Currently we provide only translations to and from English. Translations to and from Spanish and French can be found here (scroll down to Services).
