4. CRITERIA USED FOR INTRODUCTIONS

www.elenasmodels.com allows you to select the persons you are interested in meeting in accordance with your own criteria. If the persons whom you are interested in are also interested in you, then you and the persons are able to correspond via email, postal correspondence, and telephone conversations in accordance with your own wishes. www.elenasmodels.com does not interfere with this process.

5. METHODS

Expression of Interest service

When you send 'Expression of Interest', the lady receives a notification to her direct email address that there is somebody interested in her. She can click on the link in this message and view your profile. The lady can also see your 'Expression of Interest' message when she logs into her account. Answering 'Expression of Interest' messages is free for women. Once she viewed your profile, she should answer whether she is interested in hearing from you. Once a lady answered your 'Expression of Interest' message, you will receive an email notification. The answer will be "Interested" or "Not interested". If a lady is interested, you can then either email her through the website or get lady's address details. 

Email me

When you press the button "Email me", you are sending an email through our website's messaging system. The message will arrive into the person's mailbox on our site. The person receives a notification to their email address that there is a message for them waiting on our site. They can read your message with one click of mouse and answer it. Answering emails is free for women.

Get Lady's address

Using the function "Get Lady's address", you get the lady's direct email address, postal address, fax or phone number, so you can contact her directly. Please check what contact details are available before you use this function. The availability of the contact details is indicated in the box "Communication" on the lady's personal page. 

6. REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with the service or product that you purchased from www.elenasmodels.com, Elena's Models will, at its option, replace or repair it, or refund it, such request to be made not later than 90 days after the purchase date.

7. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint about the service, you must contact www.elenasmodels.com via Help Desk on the website (link "Contact" on the top bar or link "Click here to send Help Desk mail" on the user's Home page). The Client must be logged in to send a complaint. Elena's Models will respond to the complaint within 3 working days.

8. TERMINATION

If you are a registered Member of Elena's Models, you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by deleting your profile from www.elenasmodels.com. If you deleted your profile, it will no longer be accessible on the website for other members. Elena's Models may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website, at any time if Elena's Models have a cause to do so (including, without limitation, our good faith belief that you have breached Elena's Models Terms of Use Agreement) without prior notice or liability to you or anyone else. If Elena's Models terminates your membership because you have breached Elena's Models Terms of Use Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the fees that you paid to Elena's Models.

9. OBLIGATIONS OF CLIENT

Your visible profile on the Site may not include any contact information or advertise any services, including without limitation, your email or postal addresses, phone or fax numbers, user names or user ID's on other websites, names or addresses of Internet websites or links to other websites. 

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when using the Site, and in communication with other Members. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal activities. You agree not to transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members, harass, abuse, solicit, or advertise to any Member. You agree not to pursue any goals of monetary gain through the contacts originated from the use of the Site and hereby confirm that you are aware that such use will be considered as the breach of this Agreement. Although Elena's Models cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered through the Site for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming another person.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Elena's Models accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes you may have with other Members. Elena's Models may, in its sole discretion, monitor such disputes but it is not obliged to do so. 

The Site is for personal use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose than for meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage. If you do not intend to meet a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage, you must refrain from using the Site.
